Medical Clinic

The OPCC medical clinic provides primary care to patients in Clallam and Jefferson counties who cannot find or afford a doctor. Along with primary care, we have Dental and Behavioral Health services.

To become a patient, see the Patient Information page.

Dental Clinic

OPCC opened a two-chair dental clinic in May 2015 with two donated dental chairs and portable equipment. Prior to opening the on-site clinic, OPCC operated clinics at the former OlyCAP dental office in downtown Port Angeles. Thanks to generous grants from Washington Dental Service Foundation (external site) and the First Federal Community Foundation (external site) we have been able to expand the clinic to five chairs with new, upgraded equipment.

OPCC relies on volunteer dentists, hygienists and dental assistants to provide services to patients who are uninsured or underinsured, regardless of their ability to pay. Please note that we strictly serve individuals who do not have commercial health or dental insurance.

Sliding Scale Dental Services

For patients who do not have dental coverage and earn more than 138% of the federal poverty level, OPCC provides dental services on a sliding scale, based on income. To find out whether you qualify for sliding scale services, please refer to the OPCC sliding scale monthly income sheet (PDF, 201 KB, 1 page).

  • If you are signing up for Dental services please bring a proof of income (SSI documentation, Bank statements, Last 3 pay stubs, etc.)
  • OPCC does not decline services for an inability to pay.

Counseling and Behavioral Health Clinic

OPCC, like our clientele, is always on the move!

On Wednesday evenings at 6 PM you can find OPCC at Serenity House (external site), providing care to clients who have immediate needs that may not be able to get in to see their regular provider.

Clallam Respite Care provides acute and post-acute care for persons experiencing homelessness who are too ill or frail to recover from a physical illness or injury on the streets but are not ill enough to be in a hospital.
